  • Do you often feel like your life is a whirlwind and are you seeking tools and a supportive community to help you slow down?
  • Want to build a 30-minute yoga and meditation practice that can seamlessly integrate into your daily routine, offering stress reduction and inner harmony?
  • Join us for “Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga for Well-Being,” a transformative 3-hour workshop designed to help you integrate mindfulness and yoga into your daily life for enhanced well-being and balance.

What can you expect?

This workshop offers a practical approach to mindfulness meditation and yoga, providing tools to cultivate grounding and balance in your daily life. Led by experienced meditation and yoga instructor Eszter Farkas, the session will explore exercises to soothe the mind, energize and open the body, and offer tips for integrating mindfulness into everyday activities.

Participants will begin by connecting with their bodies and breath, delving into the essence of mindfulness. You’ll then have a chance to experiment with including mindfulness into routine activities like eating, and share your thoughts and questions related to its benefits and challenges.

We’ll deepen our understanding of present-moment awareness with the help of a guided yoga sequence, and rejuvenate during deep relaxation. Learning about how mindfulness assists emotional regulation and stress management, together we’ll explore mindful responses to everyday challenges.

The highlight of the workshop is a guided 30-minute sequence of yoga and centering meditation that we hope you’ll easily integrate into your routine.
